You’ve found a winner - we couldn’t be happier! Visual joy is close, just a few more steps until you receive your new eyewear..

If you wear prescription - upload an up-to-date copy telling us what you’re currently using your eyewear for along with your PD selfie picture. Then we can advise best lens options to suit you and your prescription.

Before returning your frames for glazing, please also check the fit and tell us if they are too tight/loose. Send a picture of how the frame fits around your ear and we’ll heat treat and adjust for you.

Let us know which frame/s you’ve chosen on the care card and include your order number.

Then simply return all frames to us free of charge using the label provided, we'll get going on your order and refund any difference in cost after you’ve added in your lenses or let you know if there's any more to pay.

Once you’ve decided on lenses, we’ll get them into our lab and have your glasses made up for you. We say to allow up to 2 weeks but it’s usually quicker, unless you’re having more complex lens treatments.

returns & refunds

If you want to return your Home Try On frame/s for a full refund, please tick the box on your care card, ensuring your order number is included and return using the label provided in your parcel.

Once we receive the frames back, in the condition they were sent out, we will process your refund within 48 hours. Please be aware, this can take a few days to a week to show up in your account, depending on your bank.

exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your Home Try On frames for a different set, please tick the exchange box on your Home Try On card, ensuring your order number is included and return using the label provided in your parcel. Please let us know which styles you’d like to exchange for. If you want to get in touch we can advise on sizing and style sourcing and if we have alternatives suitable in the studio not yet up on the site.

If you would like to try more, a first exchange postage fee of £4 (we’ll pay one way, you pay the other) will be deducted from your final refund. Any additional exchanges, a postage fee of £8 will apply per exchange.
