How to order prescription glasses

If you wear prescription glasses or sunglasses then step this way..

Choose your frame and make sure you have an up-to-date glasses prescription. Add in glasses thinning, anti-reflective coating, blue light blocking filters or a sunglasses tint. Vintage and preloved glasses frames with your custom prescription, glazed by our experts.

Reading glasses, prescription and sunnies are available on every frame we have.

How it works

Shop your frame - select your lens option - then bag that baby.

For prescription glasses we’ll need an up-to-date prescription. It’s best to have regular eye examinations.

To make up your prescription glasses, we’ll need a PD (Pupil Distance) measurement. We like to take our own facial measurements and get your glasses just right.

If you have a high prescription, wear varifocals or want something a little out of the ordinary please get in touch.

We'll aim to get your glasses back to you within 2 weeks (up to 3 weeks for more complex jobs) so you can start showing them off.

Home try on

You can purchase up to 3 frames, seek opinions, take free delivery and see if they suit for up to 7 days. 

We’ll be in touch to talk prescriptions and lens options.

When you've found the perfect pair, return all frames to us free of charge, we'll get going on your order and refund any difference.

new lenses in old glasses

If you own a favourite pair of vintage or preloved glasses, we're happy to provide a lens only service. Not all vintage frames can withstand the glazing process - but most are fine for this service.

 Get in touch with picture of your glasses frame and a copy of your latest prescription and we can talk you through it.

sunglasses style

Customise your sunglasses to suit your style. Select your vintage or preloved frames and choose your tint - green, brown, grey, blue, graduated, or polarised. Talk to us about custom colours.

returns

Returns are free of charge within the UK. Any orders can be returned within 14 days see our RETURNS policy - all frames can be returned and refunded, but custom made items (your bespoke prescription lenses) are unfortunately non-returnable.
