We specialize in repairing hinges, replacing sides, nose pads, and tips – we’ve even been known to remove dog bites. For more complex repairs, just get in touch.

Our address will be on the order confirmation, we advise sending via a tracked service and PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME + ORDER NUMBER, we are sent glasses for recycling and would hate for your glasses to end up in the wrong place!!
Other services
We take the upmost care with your glasses, as we want our customers to reuse and rewear their eyewear. We will do our very best to get your frames looking as good as possible, but please bear in mind they may not look factory fresh depending on the damage we’re having to deal with.
Rarely, due to age or circumstances beyond our control, breakages can occur. Should this happen we will offer a voucher to spend in store towards a replacement pair.
Every repair comes with a 12-month warranty, ensuring quality and long-lasting results
If your glasses are beyond repair (pretty unlikely as we can find a solution to most damage - for example fitting your lenses into another similar style frame) we will return and refund, minus £6 p&p. Don’t worry if you checkout the incorrect repair - as long as you fill in your email info we will contact you and correct.
All repair returns are sent back by us via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed 48.
Please allow 7-10 working days for restoration and repair work, it can be quicker, but we do recommend having a spare pair for this reason.
