PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME + ORDER NUMBER, we are sent glasses for recycling and would hate for your glasses to end up in the wrong place!

If your glasses are beyond repair we will return and refund, minus £6 P+P

All repair jobs will be returned by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed 48, unless you purchase next day special delivery.
