If you’re not sure which repair applies to your broken glasses frame, please fill in the form below and we will advise. If you’ve already spoken with us on WhatsApp or via email and sent pics, you don’t need to do this - just scroll to the bottom and checkout.

Our address will be on the order confirmation, we recommend sending via a tracked service and PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, we are sent glasses for recycling and would hate for your glasses to end up in the wrong place!

If your glasses are beyond repair we will return and refund, minus £6 P+P

When sending in to us for repairs and restoration, please send using a tracked postal service.

All repair jobs will be returned by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed 48, unless you purchase next day special delivery.
