Retro perfection in these beautifully refurbished iconic 60s original vintage NHS 524 glasses. Handmade from sumptuous Autumn Leaves honey brown striped acetate, pin head rivets and barrel hinges. A great shape that’s been copied many times, but nothing beats the original.

Our beloved British institution the National Health Service (NHS) supplied spectacles free (or heavily subsidised) by the government health programme between the late 1940s and the 1980s. Immortalised by Michael Caine in the 60s and made cooler still by Morrissey in the 80s. The superior build quality and timeless design make these pieces a worth wearing and investing in.

Bespoke this authentic vintage frame! Go for glasses or sunglasses - choose from a range of tints + add your prescription.

Comes with new case and cleaning cloth made from recycled PET plastic bottles.
