Virtual Try On

We’ve launched our new Virtual Try On feature! This will help you decide which 3/4 frames to go for with a glasses Home Try On. We’re hoping this will reduce down the number of styles that don’t suit and therefore the number of returned packages, keeping our carbon footprint as low as possible and making the experience even more sustainable.

As we’re a small team we’re phasing it in gradually and so you’ll be able to try on (virtually) all new frames added to the store. Existing models may not have the try on feature so that’s why you can virtually try on some frames and not others.

Simply click on the TRY ON text to the left above the frame image, it will ask you to allow us camera access, so tick allow and remember to remove your current glasses!

Have a play and see what suits. If you want to virtually try a pair that we haven’t added the feature to, let us know and we can organise this for you.

Please note this is not a fitting guide as all our frames are different sizes, but this feature will help you decide on the right style. Top Tip: use your current frame measurements as a guide to size.  You can then try them in real life with our Home Try On Service.

If you have any issues with your computer/phone camera and still want to see if a frame is right for you. You can try this old school version.. simply copy the image of the frame you like, at the bottom of the product page. Take a picture of yourself head on (as above) and try the images over your face.

If you struggle and would like us to do this for you - just send us your selfie and which frames you are interested in and we'll do the rest...

The examples shown below were layered in 'Powerpoint' 

See below for step by step guide...

Step 1. On a new page in Powerpoint 'Insert' the picture of your face. This should automatically resize itself to fit the page.

Step 2. 'Save Image As' and save the images of the shapes you wish to try to your desktop.

Step 3. 'Insert' image of the frames you wish to try on and resize to correct size. 

Once you've found your perfect pair, you can try them on for size.

You have the option to purchase up to 4 frames, take free delivery and see if they suit for up to 7 days.

This reduces the price of your trial frames by 50%, to keep the inital outlay low for you and works as a frame deposit for us (orders over £75). Any frame balance, less any sign up discount, can be paid for with lenses later.

It’s best to try more than 1 frame at a time to give a good chance of success and keep our carbon footprint down with multiple packages.

When you've found the perfect pair, return all frames to us free of charge, we'll get going on your order and refund any difference. (*UK Only)
